The economy of MTB. Lets give the local community our custom!

I just sat down and wrote this big article about the economics of MTB trail building investment ...... I deleted it because the message is simple. Support the local community.

I love food, I love open fires and old pubs, instead of that snack stop on the way home or that uninteresting packed lunch why not check out some of the local cuisine.

The Old Red Lion is bloody old, its full of character, has great food, an open fire, welcoming staff, nice clientele and if your not silly about it, they don't mind muddy butts, if there is a group of you they even have a lock up!

Head in wipe your shoes, speak to the bar staff tell em you have muddy butts, they may well issue plastic bags for you to sit but they are stoked for the MTB custom, why wouldn't they be, we are awesome.

At just under £7 a gourmet burger goes down a treat (as does my muddy crutch)!

Support mountain biking! Support the community which surrounds it!
